Clothing and accessories

Every item is printed to order. You still have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.

To return an item:

1. Write to us through our contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs are refunded up to the standard rate.

Defective item or our mistake

Misprint, wrong size sent or damaged item: write to us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery, then reply to our email with a photo. We send you a new item for free or refund you, no return needed.

Courses (digital content)

Courses give immediate access to the content after payment. By placing your order, you request this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If you have trouble accessing a course, write to us: we fix it or refund you.

Cancellation

You can cancel a clothing order as long as production has not started. Write to us as soon as possible through our contact page.
